Sorry I Lied AI is operated by Trefoil Studio (Ian Zhou) ("we", "us"). Last updated 22 October 2026. By signing in or buying a pack you agree to these terms.
The service
Sorry I Lied AI turns one uploaded photo into AI-edited versions and an exportable carousel. Results are generated by AI and can be imperfect. We do not promise a particular result, and the service is provided as is.
Your account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older, or use the service with a parent or guardian.
Your photos
You keep the rights you have in your photos. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to produce your results and to run the service. You confirm that you follow the photo consent rules. We delete photos and results 7 days after they are created.
Acceptable use
- Follow the photo consent rules.
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful, sexual, hateful, harassing or deceptive.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
Credits and payment
Credits are sold as one-time packs and paid through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Your results
As between you and us, you may use the results you generate for your own posts. You are responsible for what you post and for having the right to post it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend accounts that break these terms. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
