Photo consent rules
Sorry I Lied AI edits photos of real people, so you must have the right to use every photo you upload. When you upload a photo you confirm the points below.
Whose photo
- It is a photo of you, or you have the permission of the person in it.
- If the person is under 18, a parent or legal guardian uploads it or has agreed to it.
- If other people are in the photo, you have their permission too, or you only upload a version where they cannot be identified.
What you may not do
- No sexual or sexualised content, and no nudity.
- No hateful, harassing or degrading use of anyone's image.
- No deceptive use: do not present an edit as a real event to mislead, defame or impersonate a person.
- No photos of people who have asked you not to use their picture.
What we do
- We delete uploaded photos and results 7 days after they are created.
- We may refuse or remove a photo or result that breaks these rules, and may close accounts that do so repeatedly.
Report a photo or ask for removal
If a photo of you or of your child was uploaded without permission, or you see misuse, email contact@trefoilstudio.com with as much detail as you can. We act on reports and delete the photo and its results.
